Take a Pause

It's important to shift gears between projects. See how quickly and easily it can be done.

Where your responses live. How the brain's baggage can cloud your lens.

Work With Your Breath

Calm and balance the body, calm and balance the brain.

Stretch Your Sit Muscles

Ever sit so long you can't stand up? Learn stretches for the "sitting" muscles.

Move Your Energy

Reclaim stuck energy so you can redirect it somewhere more useful.

Your Voice

Practice simple sound that brings you back into resonance with your own voice.

It's still a great medicine and we'll definitely enjoy some laughter.

Tools to Go

Breath, movement and sounds for your tool box you can take with you and do anytime,

Not sure you can do this? I've got a story for you...

A friend of mine called while she was having a panic attack. She was overwhelmed by life. She kept looking at everything she was dealing with all at once instead of going one piece at a time. She was so overwhelmed she felt like she was having a meltdown. I let her talk a minute or two to vent and then when she gave me her attention, I walked her through this breath. She was talking calmly within minutes.

Some days I get so focused, typing away at the computer, that hours pass before I realize it. Then when I spin the chair around to get up my back lets me know I’ve been sitting way too long. There are a couple of stretches for those "sitting" muscles that help my back work like it’s supposed. Makes getting up after sitting too long much easier.
